At KYNGS we ‘pride’ ourselves in handling your orders quickly, with most in-stock items dispatching within 24 hours of ordering (Monday- Friday); however, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. Should any unforeseen delay occur, you will be notified within 48 hours of placing your order.

UK Delivery Information

£7.50 Express UK delivery 1 Working Day

£4.95 Standard UK delivery 3-5 Working Days

Orders placed after 3pm, during the weekend or on a Bank Holiday will be processed the following working day.

Express deliveries are made by between 9am and 8pm. Express orders placed before 3.00pm will be delivered on the next working day, those placed after 3.00pm will be delivered within two working days. 

UK INCLUDES:

Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight.

Deliveries made by our couriers will require a signature. If you are unavailable, please nominate a secure delivery address where someone is available to sign.

Saturdays and Sundays are NOT classed as working days. UK Bank Holidays are also NOT classed as working days.

KYNGS cannot accept any liability for any delivery instructions which you give to the delivery company. If, for example, you ask the delivery company to leave your order in a different location to the one given at the time of your order (e.g. in a shed or garage, or with a neighbour), we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive the order.

For your safety and security we do not currently deliver to collection points such as: PO Boxes, Amazon lockers, Collect Plus. If you nominate a collection point as your delivery address, we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive the order.

International Deliveries

£9 Standard European Delivery 3-5 Working Days

European Union

Express International deliveries are made by our couriers between 9am and 8pm. Express orders placed before 3.00pm will be delivered within two working days within Europe, those placed after 3.00pm will be delivered within two to three working days.

Standard European Delivery are made by the local courier in your region

Worldwide

£15 Express Worldwide Delivery

Express International deliveries are made by our couriers usually between 9am and 8pm. Express orders placed before 3.00pm will be delivered within two to three working days worldwide, those placed after 3.00pm will be delivered within three to four working days depending on location.

Return Policy

KYNGS offer a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, with the seal intact and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@KYNGSdrinks.co.uk If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at info@KYNGSdrinks.co.uk 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like sale items and gift cards. Postage and packing costs are also nonrefundable. We are also unable to accept returns for items purchased from our stockists. You will need to contact them to arrange your return or exchange with them directly.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, youll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund.
